Maintenance Controller
About the Opportunity:
We’re a leading aviation company looking for an experienced professional to help ensure the safety and efficiency of our operations. In this role, you’ll oversee daily maintenance, lead a skilled team, and keep our fleet running at the highest standards of safety and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Review and manage aircraft work orders.
- Perform and oversee maintenance tasks.
- Enforce FAA safety regulations and verify airworthiness.
- Mentor and train technicians.
- Manage resources and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain accurate records and clean facilities.
- Support onboarding and training of new hires.
Requirements:
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and FAA regulations.
- Preferred experience with Citation XL and Falcon aircraft.
- Proficient in ATA codes and troubleshooting.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
