Our Preventative Maintenance Expert position is all about ensuring operational continuity and peak performance across all HVAC and test chamber systems, including precision-driven ultra-low temp and cascade refrigeration systems.

• Are you adept at installing, repairing, and performing maintenance on complex HVAC/R setups?
• Do you have a knack for timely calibrations and programmatic adjustments to temperature chambers and other essential machinery?
• Can you efficiently conduct meticulous inspections to avoid costly breakdowns and enhance sustainability?
• Imagine making insightful upgrades to system controllers, from Watlow to Envirotronics, guaranteeing they're future-ready!
• Picture yourself carrying out thermal analyses—ensuring unwavering standards.

Key Tasks:

• Champion facility-wide maintenance and growth, from mechanical fixes to aesthetic upgrades like painting and carpentry.
• Be the go-to person for rearranging and aligning plant equipment according to layout designs.

Qualifications That Make You Shine:

• High school diploma with a decade of relevant experience or an advanced degree and significant practical exposure.
• Proficiency with cascade system operations and the ability to follow complex blueprints.
• Physical readiness to handle demanding environments, from heat to heavy lifting.
• A Universal EPA Certificate is indispensable.

Extra Skills We Adore:

• Experience in precision measurements and calibration systems.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 or AS9100 qualities.
• Excellent partnership-building communication skills.
• Journeyman or mastery in trade disciplines like plumbing or electrical work.
