Vizmeg Landscape is looking for an experienced Account Manager to step into a key role within our Lawn Maintenance division and help move our clients—and our company—forward.
This role is equal parts relationship-builder, problem-solver, and field partner. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, drive maintenance and enhancement sales, and work closely with supervisors and crews to ensure every site is delivered on time, on budget, and to Vizmeg standards.

What do I need to succeed?:
- 3+ years of experience in landscape or lawn maintenance sales/account management
- 3+ years in a customer-facing sales role with proven success in client relationship management
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or related field highly preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and a drug test
- Organized, solutions-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Confident communicator who understands both the office and the field
What will I be doing?:
- Manage and grow a book of lawn maintenance clients
- Achieve sales goals through renewals, enhancements, and new opportunities
- Oversee contracts for new projects, ensuring you understand them thoroughly to keep clients satisfied and projects profitable
- Build long-term client relationships and handle inquiries or concerns professionally
- Partner with field supervisors to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety
- Perform regular site visits, walkthroughs, and quality checks to ensure high service standards
- Meet with clients regularly and follow up on action items to keep everything moving smoothly
- Participate in weekly sales and operations meetings to stay aligned and share updates
- Oversee budgets, profitability, and service performance
- Support daily operations and winter snow removal services
- Maintain clear communication with clients, crews, subcontractors, and internal teams
