Project Manager
Concrete Project Manager
Location: Dublin, OH
Salary: $80K-$130K (salary depends on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work and project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning through to execution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Ensure quality control and safety standards are upheld throughout the project.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, including financial performance and schedule updates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Experience with flatwork, cast-in-place, tilt walls, till up, structural concrete, mass concrete, slabs, excavating, earthwork, and underground utilities, etc
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality standards.
