Clinical Implementation Specialist (OH/IN/MI)

Job Description

Insight Global is supporting a healthcare client to identify a Clinical Implementation Specialist (CIS) to join their team, working with an antiseptic product used in hospitals across the country. The CIS will be traveling to hospitals across the Midwest region to train on proper use of the product. You will work directly with the Sales Manager of your region to schedule the implementations, train the doctors and nurses on usage, conduct follow-ups, and solve any issues that arise within the implementation period.

This position requires considerable travel throughout the Midwest, about 75-90%. It also requires flexibility on weekends and evenings. There will be times where you have to conduct an implementation for evening or early morning shifts. When not traveling to hospital sites, you will be working remotely.

This will be a direct-hire role, and you will be an employee of our client from day one. You will have access to their medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. All travel is reimbursed. The salary ranges between $75-100k, dependent on years of experience and overall background relevant to the role.

Candidates must sit in either Cincinnati, OH, Detroit, MI, or Indianapolis, IN.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• 6 mos to 3 years of experience in clinical implementation, support, and training

• Comfortable training medical staff (doctors and nurses) on medical device usage

• Experience within clinical workflows

• Committed to 75-90% travel across the Midwest (MI, OH, IN)
