Bilingual Office Assistant

Job Overview

HKC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our administrative team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and handle front desk duties with professionalism and courtesy.
• Record and update all customer correspondence in the company’s CRM software.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Manage office supplies, uniforms and equipment.
• Manage and maintain customer and personnel files.
• Process customer and employee inquiries.
• Assist with HR and payroll tasks when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2 years of prior office experience or administrative support.
• Bilingual Skills (Spanish) are strongly preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management.
• Experience with bookkeeping software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
