Job Title: Day Shift Maintenance Technician

Shift/Pay/Additional Information:

• Shift: Day Shift - 2-2-3 (NOT ROTATING)
  • 7 am to 7pm
• Pay: 28.00/hr. - 33.00/hr.
  • 1.5 X Pay after 40 hours
• Monthly Incentive program (BONUS) - at the end of each month the company looks at tonnage, downtime and quality of parts. They then create a percentage and will give out a bonus check from to its employees. The percent can range from 0-10% of gross total hours worked by each employee.
• Insurance starts 1st day of next month after they are brought on direct.
• Will be given uniforms
• Steel toe reimbursement after 90 days up to $100 and then after that every 9 months.

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team. We have multiple openings with specific focus on mechanical and electrical expertise. These roles are crucial for maintaining our operational standards and ensuring the safety and efficiency of our machinery and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance on eight overhead cranes, five slitting lines, pickling and processing lines, conveyor lines, and augers.
• Perform maintenance on secondary equipment such as pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, shears/blades, motors, gears, shafts, drives, and other equipment.
• Read PLC HMI and trace down issues from the print.
• Troubleshoot electrical components up to 480v, including single and three-phase systems, generators, a/c and d/c motors, switches, sensors, and electrical drives.
• Trace and replace blown fuses using a multi-meter.
• Execute preventative maintenance on various equipment.
• Fabricate and weld using MIG and Stick welding techniques.
• Maintain forklifts and lifts, and handle general building maintenance tasks.
• Perform maintenance tasks at heights up to 35ft to 40ft as required.

This is a Permanent position based out of Delta, Ohio.

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
