Test Engineer

Title: Test Engineer

Shift: Day Shift

Salary: $55k - $70k, dependent on experience

Test Engineer Role:

This position exists to perform essential electrical testing and final inspection of products, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards. Our client seeks a detail-oriented individual with a broad knowledge of electrical components and test equipment to work independently in a production environment.

Test Engineer Responsibilities:

• Perform basic electrical test procedures and operate test equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems, including 3-phase wiring and power components
• Perform soldering
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely
• Conduct final inspection and testing before shipment
• Assist other departments as needed, particularly in assembly
• Travel occasionally for work

Test Engineer Reporting Relationships:

This position reports to a Department Supervisor. There are no direct reports for this role.

About You:

• Hold an Associate's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Possess 5 years of electronics and/or electrical test or repair experience
• Possess 1 year of experience within a relevant company environment
• Demonstrate knowledge of ATM product lines
• Communicate fluently in English
• Exhibit above-average mathematical skills
• Demonstrate above-average reasoning ability
• Possess a valid Ohio driver's license
