Maintenance Worker Needed
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Maintenance Workers to join our team.Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, repairs, inspections,and general upkeep of facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Inspect facilities and equipment for safety issues
- Complete work orders in a timely manner
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic repair and maintenance procedures
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
