Sales Application Engineer / Specialist

Based out of our Stow, Ohio location, this on site role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem solving, relationship building, and helping customers succeed.

What You'll Do

• Use your technical aptitude and solution selling skills to identify and engage new customers

• Develop and execute strategies to penetrate target companies and grow specific product lines

• Build strong customer relationships and develop SPIROL advocates

• Understand customer challenges and provide engineered solutions that add value

• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and drive business growth

• Overcome obstacles with persistence, professionalism, and strong communication skills

What We're Looking For

• Strong technical aptitude and problem solving skills

• Excellent communication and relationship building abilities

• Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast paced environment

• Self motivated with a customer focused mindset

• Sales, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
