Position Summary
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading and managing a regional outreach team while driving territory growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives. This leadership role focuses on coaching and developing team members, expanding organizational relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across the region.
The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with a strong ability to mentor others, execute regional growth strategies, and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop regional outreach team members
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor high-performing employees
• Develop and execute regional growth strategies and business plans
• Drive revenue attainment and territory expansion
• Participate in customer meetings, community events, and partner presentations
• Ensure CRM compliance, reporting accuracy, and performance tracking
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to achieve business objectives
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Foster strong relationships with healthcare providers, schools, government agencies, and community-based organizations
Qualifications
• 5+ years of sales leadership or regional management experience
• Proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing successful teams
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• Experience analyzing sales performance metrics and driving accountability
• Ability to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives
• Experience working with healthcare, education, government agencies, or community organizations preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $130,000
• Target Bonus: 25%

Travel Requirements
• 30%–50% regional travel required
