We represent the pinnacle of automotive craftsmanship, and we are seeking a welcoming, highly organized Luxury Dealership Receptionist to be the face of our brand. The Role:
As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for our clients' visits and incoming phone calls. You will manage our high-end showroom reception area, handle administrative duties, and ensure every guest receives white-glove service.
Key Responsibilities:
- First Impressions: Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, offering beverages and ensuring their comfort while they wait.
- Communications: Manage a multi-line phone system, screening and routing calls to the appropriate department (Sales, Service, Finance, etc.) with precision and speed.
- Administrative Support: Clerical duties assigned by department managers that include: Office Mgr, GM, Sales Mgr. and other managers as requested
Qualifications:
- Professional Presence: Impeccable grooming and a polished, professional demeanor that aligns with luxury brand standards.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a naturally polite, helpful, and empathetic phone and in-person presence.
- Organization: The ability to multitask gracefully in a dynamic, sometimes demanding environment.
