Description Robert Half is partnering with our client, a leading national insurance brand recognized for its strong values and marketing innovation, in the search for an experienced Digital Producer. This role will help drive the development, coordination, and delivery of web-based projects that power both consumer-facing and internal marketing experiences. Location: REMOTE - must be in EST time zone Duration: 6-month contract to hire Hours: 40 hours/week (9am-5pm EST) Pay Rate: $40-45/hour The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented project leader who thrives in a structured, fast-moving environment-balancing multiple initiatives at once while ensuring seamless collaboration between creative, technical, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: + Manage the full lifecycle of web and digital development projects, from planning through execution and delivery. + Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables across 4-5 external and 4-5 internal-facing projects simultaneously. + Serve as a liaison between creative, marketing, and development teams, ensuring alignment across all parties. + Gather requirements from stakeholders, document scope, and manage expectations as projects evolve. + Support content planning and organization across websites and digital experiences. + Champion consistent process implementation-helping define and reinforce digital workflows within the marketing organization. + Maintain a technical rapport with internal developer teams (both consumer-facing and internal employee-focused) to ensure effective collaboration and execution. + Lead status meetings, deliverable reviews, and progress reports to keep all stakeholders informed. + Balance independent work with high levels of collaboration, contributing to a positive and productive team culture. + Contribute to ongoing digital innovation initiatives, including emerging technologies such as AI-assisted tools. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or higher in Web Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in digital production or project management within an agency or corporate environment. + Proven ability to manage complex digital and web projects involving multiple stakeholders, schedules, and budgets. + Working knowledge of web production and content management systems (CMS); hands-on CMS experience strongly preferred. + Solid understanding of digital ecosystems, UX workflows, and creative/technical collaboration. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage expectations and lead discussions confidently. + Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities. + Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial (no direct coding or design work required). + Agency or marketing-specific background is a strong plus; experience in the insurance or financial industries is helpful but not required.
