Facility Maintenance Technician
Join a stable manufacturing company looking for a hands-on Facility Maintenance Technician to help maintain our production facility, offices, and grounds. If you enjoy variety, solving problems, and keeping buildings operating safely and efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform preventive maintenance and facility repairs
- Repair drywall, paint, flooring, plumbing, and lighting
- Complete basic carpentry and concrete repairs
- Support remodeling and facility improvement projects
- Perform groundskeeping and seasonal snow removal
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues throughout the facility
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Assist with moving equipment and office furniture
- Follow safety procedures and complete maintenance documentation
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of facility maintenance or construction experience
- Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs
