Dental Receptionist (Cleveland)
Front Desk Position – West Park Dental (Cleveland, OH)
Location: 17001 Albers Ave, Cleveland, OH 44111
Pay: $20–$27/hour, based on experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients with a positive attitude
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the front office calendar
- Verify insurance and collect co-pays
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle data entry
- Communicate with dental team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients and visitors
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or dental office experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a plus
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
