Lead the Way - Become Our Next Project Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects across our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Onsite and Hybrid (Ohio)

Work Authorization: GC, GC EAD, H4 EAD, USC

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and team assignments.
• Prepare detailed project documentation and regular status reports.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PMP certification is a plus).


3+ years of project management experience in [industry or type of projects].

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).


Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.


Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
