Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,400 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

Job Description & Requirements

• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type: Travel

Night shifts, 3 -12 hour shifts
Minimum of 18 mos *recent* Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
Must have at least 18mos PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
AHA BLS & ACLS required.
Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
PBDS Assessment – waived.
ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.
