Job Opportunity – Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Gastroenterology – Ohio
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Northwest Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Seven consecutive days on, seven consecutive days off rotation (Sunday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Every other week coverage.
Highlights:
- 100% inpatient gastroenterology coverage at multiple hospital facilities
- Average patient volume of 20-25 patients per day
- Responsibilities include consults, follow-up visits, and scheduling/prep for endoscopy procedures
- No overnight call required; first call during shift only via beeper/phone
- EPIC EMR system in use
- Travel and lodging support provided including rental car and accommodations
Requirements:
- Active Ohio state license (required)
- Board Certification (required)
- Current BLS certification (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience (preferred)
- Adult patient population experience
- Gastroenterology inpatient experience strongly preferred
