POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a person who has a customer focus—our staff work hard to make sure that all of our customers are happy, whether they want one shirt or 5000 shirts. This position will be focused on both working with customers and production of custom decorated apparel using Direct to Garment printing, Heat Transfer Vinyl, Screen Print Transfers and other print processes. Training is available, but the candidate must demonstrate an eagerness and ability to learn. The candidate should have graphics experience with CorelDraw, Illustrator or Photoshop.

Our store is small, and all of us work together. You will be expected to:

· Interact with clientele to create designs and produce garments

· Manage and monitor daily retail operations per system procedures

· Maintain a clean and neat retail environment

· Manage customer correspondence such as phone, email, and in-store interaction

· Manage incoming inventory, which includes unpacking boxes, checking packing slips, folding, and stocking shelves (you must be able to lift 40 pounds)

· Complete other activities as needed

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

· Is well organized and likes to stay busy.

· Works well in a team environment.

· Has experience and knowledge of vector artwork and supporting software.

· Is dependable, on-time and drama free

· Is available to work some weekends and some holidays

· Has good communication skills and a strong work ethic
