As a highly skilled FOH Training/Developing Coach, you will be a part of our director team playing a crucial role in developing our team members while enjoying fantastic benefits and opportunities for personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engaging training and development for front-of-house team members.
• Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere for all staff.
• Implement effective coaching techniques to enhance team performance.
• Implement, innovate, and update FOH Leadership development process.
• Complete new hire check ins every 15/30 days and 6 month evaluations for FOH Team Members.
• Hold Training Team accountable to training policies and needs by providing Chick-fil-A resources, encouragement, and correction.
• Verify all new hire training completed properly.

Requirements

• Work operationally 75% (both evening and days)
• Opens/Closes/Works Saturdays minimum 2x/month
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
