What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate equipment and vehicles to support yard and material-handling activities like loading, moving, and stockpiling materials efficiently and accurately
• Support with dispatch coverage and rail loadout when needed
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Assist with inventory control and customer/order support

• Ability to operate or learn to operate mobile equipment safely and effectively
• Commitment to following safety practices and contributing to a strong safety culture
• Capability to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and productivity

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
• Must be able and willing to fill in at other Southern OH locations as needed.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
