Data Entry & Indexing

Must have a typing test attached, 45 wpm is optimal. Must have experience with 10 key, please note this must be on your resume.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Indexing professional for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Parma, OH. This role is ideal for someone with strong keyboarding accuracy, 10-key proficiency, and experience working with digital documents, indexing, records, or high-volume data entry.
- Perform high-speed, accurate data entry into data entry software, targeting 10,000 to 15,000 keystrokes per hour.
- Review and resolve exceptions related to automated document classification, extracted data, and redaction.
- Manually index metadata from digital documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Inspect digital checks and supporting documentation for valid signatures, payees, and dates.
- Reconcile check batch totals and account distributions while maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct quality control by comparing physical hardcopy documents to converted digital files.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience required.
- Must demonstrate 10-key proficiency and typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Must be able to complete an in-person typing and 10-key assessment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity, accuracy, and deadline standards.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort working with data entry software and digital documents.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Medical background or prior experience with medical indexing is a plus.
