Agile Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking an Agile Project Manager / Delivery Manager for a Contract with a client in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will lead incremental migration efforts while ensuring governance, dependency tracking, and cross‑team alignment .

Rate Range: $49/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Agile Project Manager / Delivery Manager job responsibilities include:

• Lead Agile delivery of EDI/B2B integration initiatives, including Spin‑Co and carve‑out migration programs with incremental, value‑based releases.

• Establish Agile frameworks (Scrum or Hybrid Agile), define program increments, sprint cadences, and release milestones to guide delivery teams.

• Coordinate cross‑functional efforts across EDI, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Infrastructure, Network, and Security teams to ensure alignment and on‑time execution.

• Maintain Agile governance through dashboards, RAID logs, dependency tracking, and Scrum‑of‑Scrums to manage risks and impediments proactively.

• Plan and execute EDI migration waves by trading partner, transaction type, or business domain, ensuring smooth cutover and go‑live operations.

• Translate Agile progress into clear business outcomes for leadership, support UAT and stabilization, and ensure operational readiness through SOPs and runbooks.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.

• 8–10 years of experience in Agile project management or delivery leadership roles.

• Strong hands‑on experience leading Agile EDI/B2B integration programs with expertise in IBM Sterling, EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT), and B2B protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTPS).

• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams, govern complex migration programs (Spin‑Co/carve‑out), and drive dependency, risk, and stakeholder management across enterprise environments.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $53.00 per hour
