SUD Residential Program Manager
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned)
- Provide administrative oversight for Lifeways Recovery Center (LRC).
- Responsible for all daily operations including treatment program oversight, financial management, clinical services, and staff management.
- Plan, manage, evaluate, and ensure efficient operations of LRC including best practices into daily operations, and successful program services being delivered.
- Oversee the treatment/clinical needs of all clients and provide input into treatment goals and objectives.
- Responsible for maintaining program quality and make changes as needed for improvement.
- Interpret regulations and develop policies/procedures for LRC.
- Ensure effective coordination with any outside providers.
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with community partners, referral providers, local neighbors.
- Oversight of budget and expenditures of LRC.
- Oversight of staffing needs (based on budget) for LRC.
- Oversight/management of LRC staffing schedule.
- May provide clinical supervision to staff.
- Direct supervision of subordinate staff based on org chart.
- Develop and maintain a positive working environment at LRC.
- Conduct unit staff meetings.
- May attend trainings as needed for job responsibilities.
- Ability to multi-task, manage time, meet deadlines, and remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Maintain standards of confidentiality of Lifeways’ clients and records.
- Perform all work duties and activities in compliance with Lifeways, Oregon Administrative Rules, OSHA and HIPAA/FERPA regulations.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services field or equivalent
- CADC II or III certification (must be maintained for duration of employment)
- Five (5) years’ experience providing administrative, supervision, management and direct client services in a behavioral health environment
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Tuberculosis screening
- Current (or obtain within 90 days of hire) CPR/First Aid, MANDT certification
