Production Supervisor Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $25.00 to $28.00 /hour
• First Shift

• Supervise and lead production personnel on assigned shift to meet daily production goals
• Coordinate workflow, staffing, and resources to ensure efficient manufacturing operations
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
• Enforce safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and skill sets
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, maintenance, and engineering
• Track and report on key production metrics (output, scrap, downtime, etc.)
• Support continuous improvement efforts, including process optimization and waste reduction
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of production activities

Production Supervisor Qualifications:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in panel fabrication, metal, wood, laminates, or similar materials preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, drawings, and specifications
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and production tracking systems (ERP/MRP experience a plus)
