Cloud Architect
Job Description
The ideal candidate should have multi-cloud experience, preferably AWS and Azure, but mastery in one cloud is acceptable.
The architect is expected to provide operational architecture support, not just design blueprints but also hands-on coding when necessary.
Strong CICD expertise is required to help implement and guide streamlined CICD processes and promote a "shift-left" mindset with engineering teams.
The candidate should be comfortable communicating with executives, pitching AI enablement ideas, and pushing back when necessary.
Required technical skills include proficiency in Python or similar operational languages, infrastructure as code (Terraform, OpenToFoo, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation), and relevant cloud certifications (AWS or Azure Solution Architect).
