Accounts Payable

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, code, and enter vendor invoices
• Execute weekly check runs for timely payments
• Research and reconcile vendor statements
• Perform month-end procedures and meet deadlines
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking
• Process reimbursements and company credit card transactions
• Oversee 1099 processing, journal entries, and accruals
• Assist with daily Accounts Payable tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Accounts Payable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
• Experience with sales and use tax (a plus)
• Familiarity with Sage Software (a plus)
