MUST HAVES:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience

• Basic proficiency with SQL and the ability to query, update and manage databases

• 2+ years experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with claims, provider billing, and revenue cycle

• Experience with Excel for managing data imports/exports and data analysis

PLUSSES

• Provider contracting or configuration experience

Day to Day:

A large employer in the managed care industry is seeking a Provider Network Analyst for a contract to possible hire opportunity. This person will be responsible for providing technical support and managing the databases and systems used for provider contracting. They will collaborate with the contracting team to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations across all platforms. They will also be responsible for identifying issues related to reimbursement and recommending appropriate solutions, including the generation and analysis of queries or reports for analysis. Additional duties will include monitoring dashboard performance and proactively identify areas for improvement or issues that need addressing.
