Production Labor

Cleveland-Cliffs, Mansfield Works operations is seeking multiple Hourly Production Employees to join our team. Hourly Production's responsibilities will vary to support and maintain plant operations.

Summary of Responsibilities: Operate equipment and perform tasks that support the operations of various producing units Work with equipment including overhead cranes, tractors, trucks, heavy equipment, loaders, and boom trucks to handle, transport, and process product and materials throughout the plant. Inspect and perform basic maintenance on all associated equipment Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States Must be able to perform physical labor such as; standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting (50lbs) Work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as required Preferred Qualifications: 2 years' manufacturing and/or distribution experience Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. is the largest flat-rolled steel company and the largest iron ore pellet producer in North America.
