We are a women-owned and operated mental health practice located in Poland dedicated to providing compassionate, inclusive, and high-quality counseling services to individuals and couples. We are currently seeking a licensed LPCC Therapist who is passionate about supporting clients through relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, communication difficulties, and personal growth.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy and couples counseling services
• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs
• Support clients in improving communication, emotional wellness, relationship satisfaction, and coping skills
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team while maintaining autonomy in your work

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPCC license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related mental health field
• Experience working with individuals and couples preferred
• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive, and affirming care
• Experience with CBT, Gottman Method, EFT, trauma-informed care, or mindfulness approaches is a plus
