Training Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees through effective training programs. This position requires expertise in instructional design and a passion for adult education, ensuring that all training materials are engaging, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure all Employees are qualified for their jobs.
• Understand the process of producing and packaging juice in different containers.
• Develop curriculum and instructional materials that incorporate various learning technologies and methodologies.
• Facilitate training sessions on the production floor, ensuring an interactive and supportive learning environment.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.
• Manage multiple training projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
• Present information clearly and effectively, utilizing strong presentation skills to engage participants.
• Stay current with industry trends in training & development, instructional design, and adult education practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and content development.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear instruction delivery.
• Experience in teaching or facilitating adult education programs is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in learning technology tools and platforms that enhance the educational experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to drive individual projects forward.
