ResponsibilitiesRole Responsibilities: As an Insurance Sales Team Member, you will:
- Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored insurance plans.
- Sell and cross-sell a wide range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial.
- Qualifications & Skills
- We are seeking a driven sales professional who excels in communication and relationship- building. Qualified candidates should have:
- Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Active Ohio Property & Casualty License (required).
- Active Ohio Life & Health License (preferred or willingness to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
