Knot Yourself Medical Massage Studio | Medina, Ohio

Knot Yourself Medical Massage Studio is hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist (W-2 employee) who is looking for consistency, stability, and long-term growth in a medical massage setting.

This is an onsite position in a medical massage environment , not a spa. We provide consistent patient flow, front desk support, and a collaborative healthcare-based approach to client care.

• W-2 employee position (not 1099)

• Medical massage-focused practice

• Consistent patient/client flow provided

• No marketing, booking, or collections required

• Work alongside licensed therapists, front desk staff, and healthcare providers

• Collaborative care environment with physicians and chiropractors when appropriate

• Estimated annual earnings: $50,000–$75,000

• Hourly pay + commission + tips

• Paid hourly for all scheduled work time (not just hands-on sessions)

• Consistent patient/client flow provided

• Provide therapeutic and medical massage tailored to client needs

• Perform client assessments and deliver individualized treatment plans

• Maintain accurate SOAP notes and documentation

• Collaborate with team members regarding client care

• Participate in onboarding, training, and team communication

• Maintain a clean, professional treatment environment

• Active Ohio Massage Therapy License

• Willingness to be part of a healthcare-based team

• Comfortable working in a medical massage environment

• Strong communication skills and professionalism

• Interest in learning and continuing education

• All-day, first shift, and second shift options available

• Studio closed on Saturdays - no Saturday shifts

• Appointments fully scheduled by front desk staff

• Established patient/client base

• Hands-on onboarding and ongoing support provided
