Compensation Range: $75-90/hr on W2 ONLY!
Job Description:
Support strategic brand decisions by synthesizing and delivering actionable insights through primary market research in a high-impact pharma environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Conduct primary (qual & quant) and secondary market research
-
Run ATU surveys, promotional tracking, and chart audits
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Sales Ops, Finance, and Market Access teams
-
Translate data into clear, strategic narratives
-
Present insights and findings to stakeholders
-
Manage vendor relationships and research budgets
-
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and client policies
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
3 years of pharma market research experience
-
Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
-
Hands-on experience running ATU surveys and promo trackers
-
Experience with biologics or specialty therapeutic areas (e.g., respiratory, GI, oncology)

Strong stakeholder communication and insight storytelling skills

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with Power BI, patient-level data, and market access dynamics

Prior exposure to respiratory biologics market

Advanced degree in business, life sciences, or a related field
