Staff Management | SMX is now hiring a hard-working individual for a 2nd shift Production Line Lead at Mid-Ohio located in Crestline, OH. This position starts at $17.00 an hour with an .50 cent attendance bonus! 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:30pm - 10:30pm (some overtime required on the weekends)

Duties:

The Production-Quality openings involves producing automotive glass products at our client's facility. We apply components to automotive glass for customer installation. You would be responsible for maintaining quality, safety, proper process, set aside rejects or reworked glass.

Understand basic math and performing computer data entry

Able to follow work instructions

Able to make independent decisions regarding product disposition

Able to deal with production changes and complete work efficiently

Must successfully complete quality training to then move to the quality department

Attend all level 1 meetings

Take inventory, monitor associates and their proficiency

Conduct fixture checks

100% perform 1st piece inspections

Responsible for daily measurements and collection

Load and release material in SAP

Work with staff supervisor engineers and managers track and report downtime properly

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 40 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
