Wide Format Print Specialist (Medina)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Wide Format Print Specialist to join our dynamic printing team. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain wide format printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.

- Set up printing jobs according to specifications and ensure proper color matching.

- Select appropriate materials based on project specifications and client requirements.

- Monitor print jobs from start to finish, focus on quality and making adjustments as needed to ensure accuracy and quality.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to minimize downtime.

- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure accurate production of graphics while meeting project deadlines and specifications

- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary corrections or reprints

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience with wide format printing equipment and digital printing processes, preferably in signage and graphics.

- Strong understanding of color management, file preparation, and print calibration.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar programs.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

- Knowledge of various printing substrates and inks is preferred.
