E-Commerce Team Leader at Woodlawn

POSITION SUMMARY: (WHAT, HOW, WHY)
The E-Commerce Lead is responsible for managing daily operations of the Ecommerce Department in partnership with the Retail Ecommerce Manager and Assistant Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to, management of the Ecommerce operations including listing, shipping, receiving items, authentication, customer service and training.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education and Experience:- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

- Industry and management experience a plus

- Responding/Resolving Customer Service Ticket
- Handling Refunds/Returns
- Handling Insurance Claims with Carriers
- Trains, develops and supervises ecommerce staff. Recognizes staff for outstanding performance and promotes a high level of morale among employees.
- Ensure departments are compliant with marketplace regulations and online laws.
- Moves material within the E-commerce warehouse or office as needed using rolling carts, dollies or pallet jacks as needed.
- Helps ensure hourly and daily production goals are being met
- Other duties as assigned.
- Fill in for when Retail E-Commerce Assistant and/or Manager is out
