  • Translate strategy into execution to evaluate opportunities, define priorities, and guide decision-making across the performance portfolio

  • Lead new performance initiatives through all phases of design and execution, including post-go-live tracking, to realize Evolent's strategic and financial goals

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operational, analytics, product, and client-facing teams to remove barriers and accelerate performance improvements

  • Monitor key performance metrics and solution outcomes, identify drivers of performance variation, and lead initiatives to address gaps

  • Develop clear, concise materials to communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders

  • Background with value-based care payor or provider organizations. Experience with specialty care management is a plus

  • Ability to generate insights from complex data and articulate new analytics needs

  • Ability to present complex concepts in ways that match the target audience: e.g. external partners, internal executives, operational leaders

  • History of superior performance across educational and professional settings

  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills

  • Outstanding written and oral presentation skills
