Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and minimal downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship preferred.
• Proven experience as a Millwright or similar role in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment.
