Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 2x3 days Hours per Shift: Guaranteed hours based on shift schedule Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Valid RN license Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required Must-Have: Relevant experience in medical/surgical nursing Description: Provide care to medical/surgical adult inpatients including orthopedics, neuro-surgical, and level 1 trauma patients. Priorities include zero harm, patient safety, and quality care. Enhance the patient experience through pain management, proactive rounding, and bedside hand-off. This unit features surveillance and telemetry monitoring using advanced technology. Care for medical-surgical adult inpatient, orthopedic, non-acute stroke, and trauma patients.
