Picker Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm )

• The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, collecting, and preparing products for shipment based on customer orders and operational requirements.
• This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
• This role will also help with replenishment of products throughout the warehouse as directed and trained on how to do so.
• They will be required to help keep a neat and clean warehouse.

Picker Qualifications:

• 1-3 years warehouse experience is required for this position with basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or GED is required for this role
• Forklift is not required but is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. is required.
• Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and warehouse policies.
