Schedule: Some Mornings, Evenings & Weekends availability preferred

We’re looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist who thrives in a high-energy environment and knows how to make every member feel like family.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first and last impression for members and guests
• Greet everyone with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm
• Handle check-ins, class sign-ups, membership questions, and retail sales
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and help direct inquiries
• Keep the front desk area organized, stocked, and presentable
• Assist with scheduling tours and supporting the sales & coaching teams
• Uphold and communicate gym policies with confidence and kindness
• Handle transactions for gear, supplements, sauna sessions, and more
• Deliver top-tier customer service every day
