Material Coordinator (I - II) - Artificial Lift

Job Duties

• Under direct supervision, responsible for ensuring timely materials goods movements, accurate and appropriate storage and movement of products and inventory accuracy.
• Job role generally works directly with a product service line (PSL) and is responsible for handling all inventory related issues such as goods receipts, goods issues to sales orders, inventory counting and reconciliation, to support timely and accurate billing.
• Oversee daily operation functions of the warehouse and yard, including various clean-up and housekeeping activities to maintain a safe and organized environment.
• The PSL Material Cordinator I also requires an understanding of the relevant PSL and their products.
• Performs additional duties and activities as directed to support the overall efficiency and productivity of the warehouse.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two year degree and 1 years work experience preferred.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Forklift, skidsteer, combi-lift experience/certification preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP preferred.
• Must have a current and valid drivers license and clean motor vehicle record.

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
