About the Role:
We're looking for a sharp, motivated individual who's eager to start a career in fiber optics. As a Utility Locator, you'll play a critical role in supporting fiber installation projects by accurately identifying and marking underground utilities to ensure safe and efficient construction.
What You'll Do:
+ Use industry-standard locating equipment to identify and mark underground utilities (gas, water, electric, telecom)
+ Read and interpret utility maps and construction drawings
+ Communicate clearly with project managers and field crews to prevent service disruptions and safety hazards
+ Maintain accurate records of work performed and adhere to safety protocols at all times

+ Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
+ Ability to learn quickly and operate specialized equipment (training provided)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
