General Labor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Operate saw equipment to accurately process and prepare I-joist materials.
• Load, unload, and stage materials while maintaining organized workflow areas.
• Operate a sit-down forklift and assist with warehouse material handling tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.
• Support production operations with additional duties as assigned by management.

General Labor Qualifications:

• Previous CNC operator and woodworking experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Sit-down forklift experience required.
• General warehouse and material sequencing knowledge preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
