We’re seeking a Delivery Driver Specialist who will be responsible for transferring items between EBTH Warehouses and making local deliveries to customers. The right candidate is passionate about handling unique treasures with the utmost care, providing excellent customer service, and ultimately, driving the EBTH experience for our valued customers.

Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

TASKS YOU’LL BE JUGGLING

• Working in conjunction with EBTH teammates to maximize efficiency and timeliness in order to achieve company-defined Key Performance Indicators.
• Transport items between EBTH Warehouses and local delivery to customers’ homes.
• Verify transfer and delivery shipments, and ensure accurate inventory scanning.
• Drive various trucks, including box trucks (16 and 26 ft) and sprinter vans.
• Strong Customer Service & Communication Skills in person, by phone, email, and other channels.
• Pack, load, and unload EBTH trucks
• Assist with customer drop-off and pick-up days at the processing center as needed.
• Any additional responsibilities necessary for the success of the business.

CREDENTIALS WE ARE SEEKING

• 1-3 years of moving experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Must have the ability to obtain an ODOT Medical Card and driver background check.
• Effective communicator with the ability to set clear expectations, manage difficult situations, and problem solve.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 100 lbs, with proper lifting techniques.
• Ability to adapt to a variety of working environments, including extremes in cleanliness and temperature.
• Reliable transportation.
• A sense of humor. No, really!
