We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech or language disorders. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with K-8 students. You will be paid for ALL your time, direct & indirect. Paid 1099.

Duties

• Conduct patient assessments to identify communication deficiencies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication.
• Utilize standardized testing and assessment tools to measure student progress.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure comprehensive student care.
• Provide education and support to staff, students, families, and caregivers to promote optimal communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and evidence-based treatment approaches.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Current certification in speech-language pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for certification.
• Licensure or certification in the state where the position is located, as required.
• Experience working in a school setting.
• Experience working with children, preferably with IEP experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
