IT Intern - Project Management

**Requisition Number:** 215163 **Job Description** Cintas is currently looking for an IT Intern for the Project Services team. The Project Services team plans, manages and delivers IT projects to end business and IT users. This position will have the opportunity to work closely with senior project managers, IT professionals and business users in the planning and scoping of projects. This position will participate in project coordination, status reporting and development of project plans utilizing project methodology and various project management tools. The applicant must communicate effectively with IT and business partners and have an aptitude to learn and understand Cintas business processes. Role: + Work with project managers, IT professionals and business users to manage IT projects through initiation to delivery. + Learn and understand the project management methodology and how tools can support and improve efficiency. + Work with and present to multiple levels of management your assignments and developed solutions. Opportunities: + Experience with initiating IT projects and defining resource plans and project budgets. + Experience in managing IT projects within a team and making forward progress toward delivery. + Exposure to project planning utilizing Monday.com tool. + Exposure to various IT projects supporting business and IT infrastructure. **Skills/Qualifications** Requirements: + Currently enrolled in an associate's, bachelor's or master's degree program in computer science, information systems, or other IT-related field + Strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) + Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in engineering, information systems, and related technical support. + Basic understanding of requirements planning project management and the application development process. + Strong verbal and written communication skills along with a strong work ethic Benefits: Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
