Position Overview

I am seeking dynamic insurance professionals for the office of Erin Curtis State Farm who are interested in helping my business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities

Ohio Property/Casualty license is a requirement for this position; if not already licensed this is the responsibility of the applicant to obtain if there is interest in moving forward with consideration
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Adaption of skills necessary to operate a business.
