Qualified
- High school diploma or GED required (CDA or early childhood education preferred) CDA, Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree
- Experience working with toddlers (ages 1–3)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage a classroom and maintain a positive environment
- Knowledge of child development and early learning practices
Skills and Abilities:
- Patience and understanding when working with young children
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Dependability and consistency
- Ability to lift, bend, and actively engage with children throughout the day
- Proficient in Creative Curriculum, Lesson Planning and ASQ's
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced childcare setting
- Requires active supervision, standing, and movement throughout the day
- May involve diapering, feeding, and assisting with daily care routines
